This coffee is a single origin natural processed from Honduras. We roast this coffee on the lighter end of a medium roast to bring out the most flavor. When we taste this coffee, we get a lot of flavor notes like chocolate, caramel, nuts and a hint of citrus making it a really smooth, sweet, low-acidity, easy drinking coffee.
